Add-ons

Buy exactly the infrastructure you need to connect, with any plan, including free IHMS. 18 add-ons, split into 57 items; each item is priced separately.

How it is priced

How add-ons are priced: base gateway plus each item

An add-on is not "unlimited connections". Every infrastructure, system or device connected is an item with its own configuration, testing and acceptance work, so it is priced separately.

Step 1

Base gateway

Charged once per protocol at each hotel: installing the reader, connecting the network, testing the line, documentation. No items are included yet.

Step 2

Item

One separate line for each infrastructure or system: data point mapping, screens, alerts, interlocking with the stay, acceptance. Adding a system adds a line.

Step 3

Scale factor

The item price rises with the number of data points, the number of devices or controllers, whether it controls and writes or only monitors, and whether the device is already in TingHotel's library or has to be written new.

Effort level 1

Reads only a few standard points; common devices already in the library.

Effort level 2

Reads and writes, many devices of the same type, with points to be mapped device by device.

Effort level 3

Needs the brand's gateway, many different controllers, a large point list, or safety interlocking.

Devices already in TingHotel's library are charged less. A brand or model not yet there is charged extra for writing and testing a driver.
