Why TingHotel

Hotels have had to choose between two kinds of systems that do not talk to each other. TingHotel removes that choice.

Key differences

Two-way room status

A device changes and the room changes; the front desk commands and the device acts. No delay from manual input.

Scenes along the guest lifecycle

Booking, check-in, stay and check-out each have a room scene that runs by itself.

Housekeeping sees the real room

Which room the guest has left, which still has someone in, cleaning requested or do-not-disturb: no knocking on doors.

Engineering finds faults before the guest

Lost connection, faulty devices and abnormal temperature become work orders at once.

Energy by room

Measure and compare by room, floor and room type; cut consumption in empty rooms.

Guest self-service

Sign in to the app by phone number and one-time code, control the room, request services, view the bill.

Clean data, no lock-in

Export to accounting, e-invoice, HR and stores software instead of trying to replace them.

Extend with add-ons

BACnet IP, Modbus, KNX, energy, EV charging, PABX, TV, cameras: buy when needed.
