Screen sharing with a sample hotel running on a simulated RCU set of hundreds of rooms, speaking the same protocol as the real controllers.
- No need to attend in person
- See how a large hotel scales
- Good for a first introduction
A walkthrough with the HDL Vietnam technical team. You see the software and the room react at the same time, following the journey of one guest stay.
Choose by the stage of your project. The content is the same; the difference is whether you can touch a real room.
Screen sharing with a sample hotel running on a simulated RCU set of hundreds of rooms, speaking the same protocol as the real controllers.
See the front desk screen and the sample room at the same time: insert a card, open the door and watch the lights and air conditioning react for real.
The demo does not go menu by menu. We follow the journey of one stay, from booking to check-out, plus one incident scenario.
The whole hotel on one screen. Insert a card, open a door, turn on DND and the room tile changes straight away.
Once a room is assigned and the expected arrival is near, the air conditioning starts automatically.
The front desk presses complete, the lights switch to the welcome scene and the air conditioning runs. Two views at once: the front desk screen and the room.
The front desk marks the guest as waiting, the housekeeper's phone vibrates, the task moves to Urgent and the front desk is notified when the room is ready.
Control lights, air conditioning and curtains; call services; view the folio and pay by VietQR.
The cleaning task closes itself with the reason DND. If DND lasts too long, a guest welfare check is prompted.
Every duty screen turns red and a bell repeats. If nobody accepts within 1 minute, a supervisor is alerted.
A checked-out room that still has someone in it, or a room recorded as occupied after the guest has left: the front desk is alerted immediately.
Report for each room, stating whether the figure was measured by the card or declared by the employee.
Export revenue by transaction code and timesheets for accounting.
The front desk still controls rooms and staff still receive tasks; when the network returns, the data is sent in full automatically.
Room map, check-in, SOS alert and the guest app controlling the room, in one short clip.
The same sample hotel, but each viewer cares about a different part. The technical team prepares according to who will attend.
